Goods leave our warehouse
We make every effort to ensure that the products shipped to you arrive intact.
a) we carry out inspections and monitoring of goods shipped from our warehouse
b) the packaging stage is also mostly monitored
c) the courier receiving the consignment simultaneously confirms that the packaging of the goods received is intact
On the way to the customer
We send you electronically (e-mail or sms) any changes in the status of your order.
You can monitor the status of your order yourself at any stage of shipment by following the link provided.
Receiving your parcel
Before you sign for your parcel from the courier, carefully check the packaging on all sides.
The courier cannot refuse to check the package at the time of collection.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or the goods (e.g. holes in the packaging, dents, tears, rips, etc.) ask the courier immediately to write a damage report.
Objections to the condition of the parcel
If you have noticed damage to the packaging, goods or quantity shortages, please report this preferably by email to our email address: info@chemicaltiger.pl within 48 hours of the courier's visit.
