ClimaSet 4in1 oil, sealant, UV dye and R134a refrigerant replacement
ClimaSet 4in1 is an innovative refrigerant replacement that has been specifically developed for use in the air conditioning systems of vehicles manufactured up to 2016. It is a complete solution that combines four key functions (refilling the refrigerant, oiling the system, sealing the system, verifying system leaks) to ensure reliable performance. Our refrigerant weighs 235g, equivalent to 626g of R134a gas, so filling an A/C system with 626g – will be no problem at all, one can will be completely sufficient!
ClimaSet 4in1 combines the three most essential ingredients:
✔ Sealer improves the tightness of O-rings and rubber parts, preventing the loss of refrigerant.
✔ Oil lubricates A/C components, reducing friction and increasing component life.
✔ A/C gas restores cooling efficiency.
✔ UV dye verifies system leaks.
Remember that naturally 10% of the refrigerant is lost from the A/C system every year.
ClimaSet features and applications:
- Self-application: A/C filling takes only 5 minutes.
- Easy to use: refill, seal, check for leaks and oil the A/C – by yourself.
- Refrigerant: for cars from 1994-2016
What makes ClimaSet 4in1 refrigerant stand out?
✔ 4W1 – UV dye / Oil / R134a gas / Sealant
✔ Refrigerant performance – a can of ClimaSet contains 235g of refrigerant, equivalent to 626g of R134a or 705g of R12. The lighter mixture works more efficiently and puts less strain on the A/C system, ensuring lower energy consumption and longer component life.
✔ High qualityproduct quality – the oil, sealant, gas used in the cans is of the highest quality.
✔ Reusable can On/Off – the can with return thread allows you to control the charge of your A/C without wasting refrigerant. You can stop operation at any time and store the can safely for later.
✔ Standard Thread (11.5 mm) – ClimaSet fits our reusable hose and the pressure gauge hoses on the market.
✔ Safe for you, the system and the environment – Regular use protects the compressor reducing the risk of failure and our refrigerant created from natural hydrocarbon gases does not adversely affect the atmosphere.
✔ Accessories needed – the can and cable are sufficient to charge the car’s air conditioning via the LP input. If there is no LP input, you will need an HP/LP adapter, which you will find in our offers. No additional tools required!
Hose with pressure gauge
The hose with pressure gauge for self-filling car air conditioning is designed for all cars. The hose is the tool needed to measure the pressure and then fill the car air conditioning system. It is reusable, making it environmentally friendly. The connector in the hose fits the LP port, if your car does not have an LP connector, you will need to purchase an HP/LP adapter.
UV torch
A specialised UV torch will help to identify the location of the air conditioning leak. The UV dye will glow when exposed to the UV light from the torch, revealing the location of the leak. This will enable the leak in the A/C system to be detected quickly and precisely.
Kit includes:
- 1x ClimaSet 4in1 R134a can
- Hose with pressure gauge
- UV lamp
QUESTIONS / ANSWERS
Will R134a be suitable for my car?
R134a is used in cars manufactured between 1994 and 2016. 95% of cars of this vintage are fitted with R134a, if you are unsure check the plate under the bonnet of your car where it states the type of refrigerant used, or contact our customer service department, we will be happy to help.
How many cans do I need to fill my air conditioning to full?
One XL can is sufficient to fill an A/C system with up to 626 grams. Check the specifications of your car model to select the correct amount of product.
How often should the car’s air conditioning be refilled?
The frequency of A/C service and filling depends on a number of factors, the age of the vehicle, frequency of use and the condition of the A/C system. In general, it is recommended to carry out a service on average every 1-2 years. Check your refrigerant level at least per year, and top up if necessary. (The pointer of the manometer must be in the green field). Remember, up to 10% of the refrigerant can escape from the air conditioner during the year and this is natural.

Instrukcja ClimaSet
1. Uruchom silnik samochodu, włącz klimatyzację na minimalną temperaturę i maksymalny nawiew.
2. Otwórz maskę samochodu, znajdź port niskiego ciśnienia (oznaczony LP) i odblokuj go.
3. Odkręć zawór od węża z manometrem i przykręć go do zbiornika z czynnikiem.
4. Podłącz zestaw do portu LP i odwróć pojemnik.
5. Zakręć zawór i rozpocznij ładowanie czynnika.
6. Gdy wskazówka na manometrze osiągnie 40 psi odkręć zawór, następnie odłącz manometr (puszka wielokrotnego użytku).
7. Odłącz zestaw od portu LP w samochodzie i ciesz się działającą klimatyzacją.
Do samodzielnego napełniania klimatyzacji potrzebny jest przewód do napełniania klimatyzacji i przewód z manometrem, uszczelniony szybkozłączką do podłączenia do portu niskiego ciśnienia oznaczonego literami LP (o średnicy 11 mm).

Audi A4 B4 1994, Ford Fiesta 2007, Ford Galaxy 2009, Ford Transit 2009, Kia Ceed 2007, Nissan Qashqai 2015 i 2016, Mazda 2015, Mitsubishi Colt 2006, Renault Laguna 2, Renault Mégane 2, Renault Trafic 2, Renault Clio 2, Renault Espace 2, Renault Master 2, Renault Scenic 2, Renault Vel Satis 2, Forda S-Max.
Jeżeli pod maską twojego auta nie znajdziesz portu LP (o średnicy 11mm), możesz uzupełnić klimatyzację poprzez port HP (o średnicy 14 mm) za pomocą reduktora/adaptera LP/HP.
