ClimaSet 3-in-1 oil, sealant and R134a refrigerant replacement with hose
This is an advanced refrigerant replacement, which has been specially developed for use in vehicle air conditioning systems. It is a comprehensive solution that combines a large amount of refrigerant, sealant and oil, ensuring excellent performance and ease of use.
Our refrigerant weighs 235g, which corresponds to 626g of R134a gas, so filling an air conditioning system with a capacity of 626g will not be a problem – one can is enough! Our gas is lighter than the original refrigerant, which translates into a longer service life for components and less load on the compressor.
ClimaSet 3-in-1 combines the three most important components:
✔ Sealant improves the tightness of O-rings and rubber components, preventing refrigerant loss.
✔ Oil lubricates air conditioning system components, reducing friction and increasing component life.
✔ Air conditioning gas restores cooling efficiency.
Remember that 10% of the refrigerant is naturally lost from the air conditioning system every year.
ClimaSet features and application:
• Self-application: refilling the air conditioning takes only 5 minutes.
• Easy to use: refill your air conditioning yourself.
• Refrigerant: for cars manufactured between 1994 and 2016.
What makes ClimaSet 3-in-1 refrigerant stand out?
✔ Refrigerant efficiency – a can of ClimaSet contains 235g of refrigerant, which is equivalent to 626g of R134a or 705g of R12. The lighter mixture works more efficiently and puts less strain on the air conditioning system, ensuring lower energy consumption and longer component life.
✔ High product quality – the oil, sealant and gas used in the cans are of the highest quality.
✔ Reusable canister On/Off – the can with a return thread allows you to control the air conditioning charge without losing refrigerant. You can stop working at any time and safely store the can for later use.
✔ Standard Thread (11.5 mm) – ClimaSet fits our reusable hose and commercially available hoses with pressure gauges.
✔ Safe for you, your system and the environment – regular use protects the compressor by reducing the risk of failure, and our refrigerant, made from natural hydrocarbon gases, does not adversely affect the atmosphere.
✔ Required accessories – a can and a hose are sufficient to charge the air conditioning in your car via the LP inlet. If there is no LP inlet, you will need an HP/LP adapter, which you can find in our offers. No additional tools are required!
The kit includes:
• 1x ClimaSet 3-in-1 R134a can (refrigerant, oil, sealant)
• Hose with pressure gauge
Hose with pressure gauge for filling car air conditioning systems
The hose with pressure gauge for DIY car air conditioning refilling is designed for all cars. The hose is a tool needed to measure the pressure and then refill the car’s air conditioning system. It is reusable, making it environmentally friendly. The connector in the hose fits the LP port. If your car does not have an LP connector, you will need to purchase an HP/LP adapter.
QUESTIONS / ANSWERS
Will R134a be suitable for my car?
R134a is used in cars manufactured between 1994 and 2016. 95% of cars from this period use R134a. If you are unsure, check the label under the bonnet of your car, where the type of refrigerant used is noted, or contact our customer service department, we will be happy to help.
How many cans do I need to fill the air conditioning to full capacity?
One XL can is enough to fill an air conditioning system with a capacity of up to 626 grams. Check the specifications of your car model to select the right amount of product.
How often should I refill my car’s air conditioning?
The frequency of servicing and refilling your air conditioning depends on many factors, including the age of the vehicle, frequency of use and the condition of the air conditioning system. In general, it is recommended that you have it serviced every 1-2 years on average. Check your refrigerant level at least once a year, and top up if necessary. (The pressure gauge must be in the green zone). Remember, up to 10% of the refrigerant can be lost from the air conditioning system during the year, which is normal.

ClimaSet instructions
1. Start the car engine, turn on the air conditioning to minimum temperature and maximum supply.
2. Open the car bonnet, find the low pressure port (marked LP) and unlock it.
3. Unscrew the valve from the hose with the pressure gauge and screw it into the factor tank.
4. Connect the kit to the LP port and invert the container.
5. Turn off the valve and start charging the refrigerant.
6. When the pointer on the gauge reaches 40 psi unscrew the valve, then disconnect the gauge (reusable can).
7. Disconnect the kit from the car's LP port and enjoy a working A/C.
To fill the A/C yourself, you will need an A/C fill line and a pressure gauge line sealed with a quick-release coupling to connect to the low-pressure port marked with the letters LP (11 mm in diameter). The A/C system usually has two ports for filling the system (one marked with the letters LP with a diameter of 11 mm and the other marked with the letters HP with a diameter of 14 mm), but by design the hose only fits into one LP port (with a diameter of 11 mm). This means you don't have to worry about connecting the kit to the wrong port.
Pressure gauge indication
• The pressure gauge indicates a pressure of less than 25 psi, which means that the A/C system pressure is too low. If the A/C system pressure is too low, add refrigerant until the gauge indication reaches between 25 and 55 psi.
• The pressure on the pressure gauge is between 25 and 55 psi - this means that the A/C system pressure is correct. This means that the air conditioning system is well filled.
• The pressure gauge indicates a value above 55 psi - this means that the pressure in the system is too high. If the A/C system pressure is too high, lower it.

HP/LP adapter
The HP (high pressure) to LP (low pressure) adapter is required to top up the air conditioning system with R134a refrigerant on cars such as:
Audi A4 B4 1994, Ford Fiesta 2007, Ford Galaxy 2009, Ford Transit 2009, Kia Ceed 2007, Nissan Qashqai 2015 and 2016, Mazda 2015, Mitsubishi Colt 2006, Renault Laguna 2, Renault Mégane 2, Renault Trafic 2, Renault Clio 2, Renault Espace 2, Renault Master 2, Renault Scenic 2, Renault Vel Satis 2, Ford S-Max.
If you do not find an LP port (with a diameter of 11mm) under the bonnet of your car, you can top up the air conditioning via an HP port (with a diameter of 14mm) using an LP/HP reducer/adapter.
