ClimaSet car air conditioning gas is dedicated to all cars manufactured between 1994 and 2016. The air conditioning gas fits 100% of car models that used the refrigerant R-134a (fluoro-chloro-ethane). ClimaSet A/C gas is a new generation refrigerant that is a replacement for the R-134a (fluoro-chloro-ethane) refrigerant used in car air conditioning systems until 2016. ClimaSet gas for car air conditioning consists of a natural hydrocarbon gas that is safe for you, the environment and your car. ClimaSet A/C gas is a safe refrigerant replacement that will allow you to fill your car’s A/C quickly and hassle-free.

The hose with pressure gauge for self-filling car air-conditioning is dedicated to all cars. The pressure gauge hose fits 100% of car models. The pressure gauge tube is the instrument you need to read the pressure measurement and then fill up the car A/C system. Intuitive to use, the pressure gauge cable will allow you to fill up your car’s air conditioning quickly and without problems. The pressure gauge cable is reusable, making it environmentally friendly.

DESINFECTION BOMB LIME

The product removes unpleasant odours from the air vents and ventilation system in the car. It effectively cleans them of dirt and moisture, leaving a fresh fragrance in the interior.

METHOD OF USE

Replacement of refrigerant R134a

1. start the engine of your vehicle, switch on the air conditioning to minimum temperature and maximum supply.
2. open the bonnet of your car, find the low pressure port (marked LP) and unlock it.
3. unscrew the hose valve with the pressure gauge and screw it onto the refrigerant container.
4. connect the set up to the LP port and invert the container.
5. by turning the valve, pierce the container and start to load the agent by slowly unscrewing the valve.
6. turn valve off when gauge reads 40 psi.
7. disconnect the kit from your car's LP port and enjoy a working air conditioner*.

If you don't have an LP port (11mm diameter) under the bonnet of your car, you can top up the A/C via the HP port (14mm diameter) using the LP/HP reducer/adapter available in our range. Examples of cars that require the LP/HP reducer/adapter could be: Audi A4 B4 1994, Ford Fiesta 2007, Ford Galaxy 2009, Ford Transit 2009, Kia Ceed 2007, Nissan Qashqai 2015 and 2016, Mazda 2015, Mitsubishi Colt 2006, Renault Laguna 2, Renault Mégane 2, Renault Trafic 2, Renault Clio 2, Renault Espace 2, Renault Master 2, Renault Scenic 2, Renault Vel Satis 2.

The kit includes an air conditioning fill line and a pressure gauge line terminated with a quick coupler to connect to the low pressure port marked with the letters LP (with a diameter of 11mm). The A/C system normally has two ports for filling the system (one marked with the letters LP with a diameter of 11mm and the other marked with the letters HP with a diameter of 14mm), but due to the design the hose will only fit to one LP port (with a diameter of 11mm). This ensures that there is no fear of plugging the kit into the wrong port.

Pressure gauge

• A pressure gauge reading below 25 psi - indicates that the A/C system pressure is too low. If the A/C system pressure is too low, top up the refrigerant until the gauge pointer appears between 25 and 55 psi.
• Pressure gauge pointer between 25 and 55 psi - indicates correct A/C system pressure. The measurement indicates that the A/C system is filled correctly.
• Gauge display above 55 psi - indicates system pressure is too high. If the A/C system pressure is too high, reduce the pressure.

DESINFECTION BOMB LIME

Set the air conditioning on to internal circulation and maximum power, seats upright. Close windows tightly. Place can of product behind driver's seat. Press valve. Get out of the car and close the doors tightly. After 15 minutes, switch off the air conditioning and ventilate the car interior for 5 minutes.

IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. Eliminate all sources of ignition if safe to do so. Store in a well-ventilated place. Protect from sunlight. In case of ignition of escaping gas; do not extinguish. Contains (R)-p-menta-1,8-diene. May cause an allergic reaction.
